Harbor Monsters Fall One Point Short of Vengeance Against Goats
Duluth falls to 1-2, KC improves to 4-0
DULUTH, Minn.- In what was supposed to be a revenge game for the Harbor Monsters turned into a heartbreaking loss, with Duluth losing 58-57 to the Kansas City Goats at the DECC.
Duluth came out of the gates red-hot, with Ja’Vonte Johnson throwing a touchdown pass to Nathan Chromy on the game’s first play from scrimmage. However, failed two-point conversions and consistent play from Kansas City’s offense ended up being the Harbor Monsters’ undoing.
With this loss, the Harbor Monsters fall to 1-2 while the Goats remain undefeated at 4-0. Duluth will stay at home next weekend with the Iowa Woo coming to the DECC on Saturday, June 29.
