Duluth Police: Teen Brandished Gun During Fight
DULUTH, Minn. – Duluth police are investigating a confrontation involving a gun just outside of the downtown area.
The incident happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday in the area of the 2nd Avenue East and 4th Street.
Duluth police said a fight broke out between known parties and a gun was “brandished.”
The suspect is a 17-year-old male.
Police said the boy fled the scene before officers arrived.
Nobody was injured.
A department spokesperson told FOX 21, “There is probable cause for felony domestic assault with a weapon, felony possession of a pistol under 18, and felony threats of violence.”
