Two Harbors Celebrates First Pride Event

Duluth Superior Pride

TWO HARBORS, Minn. — Although Pride Month ended in June, that didn’t stop people in Two Harbor’s from celebrating.

Organizing their first ever Pride celebration, the community decorated Thomas Owens Park to welcome everyone regardless of sexual or gender orientation.

Craft vendors, artists, and a fashion show celebrated local LGBTQIA+ talent. And the community gathered for a discussion panel, discussing the struggles of being queer in smaller towns and communities.

Organizers say Two Harbor’s first ever Pride was fabulous and they’re looking forward to return next year.
