Bellisio’s Recognized for Superb Wine Selection for Last 25 Years

DULUTH, Minn. — Since opening 25-years ago, Bellisio’s Italian Restaurant has been selected “Best of Award of Excellence” for their superb dining experience by Wine Spectator.

Every year Wine Spectator carefully selects the best of the best when it comes to a fine wine and dining experience.

This year, 25 restaurants in Minnesota were up for the prestigious title and ten were gifted an “Award of Excellence.”

But for the last 25-years Bellisio’s has remained the best of the best in wine and dining experience in Minnesota.

“It’s really looked at as being a prestigious award,” said Angela Dormanen, the general manager. “So 25 years running, I think it shows to our customers that we really do take care of a unique experience for them. Not only in the fine dining, they also have a fine wine selection to choose from as well, that pairs along with our Italian cuisine.”

Bellisio has been a Canal Park staple in Duluth since opening in 1998.

They offer over 500 different varieties of wine that pair well with the restaurant’s northern Italian flavor.

Flavor’s range from Chardonnay to Barolo, in prices ranging from $25 a bottle up to $400.
