City on the Hill Christian Music Festival Continues Saturday
DULUTH, Minn. — City on the Hill music festival returned for its 9th year at Bayfront Festival Park.
The two-day Christian music festival is expected to see 10,000 spectators to attend over the weekend.
This year spectators can watch local, national, and international Christian music artists like Derek Charles Johnson, Brennley Brown, Logan and Katie, Matt Maher, Ignescent, Matthew West and more.
Organizers say that every year the festival grows from it’s welcoming atmosphere and shared faith.
“I think we’re all searching for a little more hope and faith,” said Stage Manager Niki Corbine, with Life 97.3. “The world feels like a little bit in turmoil. And so peace and calm- you’ll find that all here. It doesn’t surprize me that it grows and grows and grows every year. Because it’s all about family, all about faith, it’s all about hope, love, and boy do we need all of that.”
The festival will continue Saturday with more musicians lined up for the main stage. Gates open at 2 p.m. and the music starts at 2:30 p.m.
