Motorcyclist Identified; Struck And Killed By Vehicle In Superior
UPDATE (August 16, 2:10 p.m.) — The Superior Police Department has identified the motorcyclist that was struck and killed by a vehicle on Monday morning.
The 33-year-old Superior resident is Brandon Richard Larsen.
Authorities say the driver of the vehicle was a 16-year-old. Speed appears to be a factor in the crash.

SUPERIOR, Wis. – A 33-year-old motorcyclist from Superior was killed Monday morning after being struck by a vehicle.
Superior police said the accident happened around 4:50 a.m. on Stinson Avenue, just west of Hill Avenue. The motorcycle and vehicle were both traveling eastbound on Stinson when the crash occurred.
The victim died at the scene, according to police.
The Wisconsin State Patrol was called in to investigate and reconstruct the crash scene.
The juvenile driver of the vehicle was not injured.
“The names of those involved are being withheld at this time,” police said in a news release Monday.
