Delayed Ribbon-Cutting Held for Perception Coaching LLC
DULUTH, Minn. — It’s not always easy to know how to reach your personal or professional goals. A newer business in East Hillside looks to help aid people who are still on the look for finding their passion.
Perception Coaching held a four-year delayed ribbon cutting on Wednesday to celebrate opening their doors back during the pandemic. They is a family-owned business. Owners say that they are excited to help more people find that thing in life that resonates with them.
“So, our mission in that is to help people identify talents and recognize them and others and be able to use those their talents that they already have to do what they want to do,” said Founder and Consulting Psychologist Ph.D. Barbara Bengtson. “So, find the work they want to do, accomplish those goals that they have set for themselves.”
“So, we run workshops here sometimes about we’ve done confidence and leadership, and a lot more about just,” said Haley Bengtson, a consulting coach. “Knowing yourself, knowing what you’re good at, how can you do more of what you like to do, whether it’s adjusting your schedule, adjusting your job, adjusting how you do your job, all of those things.”
Perception Coaching partners with numerous businesses like Sascha Mansson Consulting, who works with strategic planning. In November, the two businesses plan on taking around 24 people to a retreat at Minnesuing Acres off of Lake Nebagamon all to go over strategic planning strategies.
“As we know things and our environments continue to change,” said Sasha Mansson, Owner and Business Strategy Consultant. “And so how are we looking at those, um, maybe roadblocks? How are we turning those into opportunities and opportunities for growth? And so, as we’ve been working to lay out and develop this retreat, it’s really pulling people out of the day to day and to take some time to really focus on where they the direction, where they want to go, and how are they going to get there.”
Perception Coaching is welcoming anyone interested to hop on board of their upcoming retreat.
