Cass County Sheriff’s Office Reports Man Found Dead In Pine River
CITY OF PINE RIVER, Minn. — A missing 54-year-old man was found dead after drowning in Pine River Monday evening.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says a report of a missing man came in at 5:31 p.m. in the City of Pine River.
The Pine River Police Department says the 54-year-old man had left his residence to go swimming in the Pine River and did not return. A search was conducted, and the body of the man was found in the river at 7:13 p.m.
Authorities say an autopsy is scheduled.
