Former Bulldog Brent Laing Waived By Los Angeles Chargers

Laing is now free to sign with any other team or he could possibly revert back to the Chargers practice squad.

LOS ANGELES, California.- Cutdown day in the NFL impacts over 900 players, that included former Bulldog offensive lineman Brent Laing, who was trying to make the 53 man roster for the Los Angeles Chargers.

Unfortunately, he received bad news Tuesday afternoon as the Chargers waived the center.

Laing had been in LA since December of 2023, when the Chargers signed him to the practice squad.

Number 65 is now free to sign with any other team or he could possibly revert back to the Chargers practice squad.

Laing has also spent time with the New York Jets.
