Hoops Brewing Partners with Erickson Orchards

DULUTH, Minn.– All sorts of places in the Northland are homing in on the fall favorites. Just about everywhere you can find their version of pumpkin spice, and apple products.

Hoops Brewing in Duluth is unveiling their annual apple beer to join their lineup of fall flavors. They’re collaborating with Erickson Orchards to present their Apple Ale for another season. For owner Dave Hoops, having local flavors is especially important.

“We like to source locally for the ingredients that we brew our beers with. Erickson Orchards is a multi-year partner of ours. Every year during the fall season of harvest, we make harvest beers and they’ve been the people that we’ve partnered with in order to get our fresh pressed juice,” said Dave Hoops, owner of Hoops Brewing.

You can try the apple ale, and their other harvest beer selection at their Oktoberfest celebration this weekend, Saturday October 5. Starting this year, they will be featuring live Polka singers!
