Prep Soccer: Duluth East & Denfeld Girls, Marshall Boys Advance in Respective Sections

Duluth East, Denfeld girls & Marshall boys advance to section quarterfinals.

DULUTH, Minn– Tuesday marked day two of prep soccer playoffs in Minnesota.

In section 7AAA, the one seed Duluth East took down Coon Rapids 8 to 1.

The Greyhounds will next host Blaine in the section 7AAA semifinals on October 10th.

Gametime is set for 6:30 p.m.

Over in 7AA, the Duluth Denfeld girls clinched the victory over North Branch 2-1.

The Hunters will travel to Cloquet to take on the number one seed Cloquet- Carlton on October 10th.

That contest is set for 7 p.m.

Over on the boys side, in 7A,  Duluth Marshall defeated Proctor 11 to 1.

The Hilltoppers will hit the road to battle PACT Charter School on October 10th.
