Prep Football: Grand Rapids Picks Up 3rd Straight Win, Duluth East & Proctor Fall in Week 7

The regular season wraps up on October 16th.

CLOQUET, Minn.- The Grand Rapids football team continues to show that they are a Section 7AAAA contender.

On Friday, the Thunderhawks extended their win streak to three with a road win over Cloquet, 42 to 7.

Grand Rapids improves to 5-2 and will close out the regular season Wednesday at home vs. Pequot Lakes.

As for Cloquet (2-5), they’ll be at North Branch on Wednesday.

Speaking of the Vikings, they handled Duluth East on Friday, 42 to 16.

The Greyhounds fall to 2-5 and will host Rock Ridge on Wednesday.

In Proctor, the Rails stay winless on the season after falling to Pequot Lakes, 65-0.

Proctor is at Mora Wednesday to close out the regular season.
