University of Wisconsin-Superior Hosts Indigenous Peoples’ Day Celebration

SUPERIOR, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin Superior hosted an Indigenous Peoples’ Day Celebration. The event featured exhibitions of Native American dances alongside a local drum group.

Members of the college’s Native Nations Student Organization helped organize and lead the event.

The organization spreads awareness regarding first nation’s people.
