Big First Period Halts UMD Men’s Hockey’s Comeback Attempt Against #6 Minnesota

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD men’s hockey team renewed their rivalry with #6 Minnesota on Friday night.

Unfortunately, it was a night to forget for the Bulldogs as the Golden Gophers put up four goals in the 1st period and never looked back, winning 7 to 5.

Aiden Dubinsky led the Bulldogs with two goals in the contest.

The Gophers and Bulldogs will continue their series on Saturday. Puck drop is at 6:07 PM.
