Unbeaten Delano Handles Hermantown Volleyball in State AAA Quarterfinals

Hermantown is making their first state tournament appearance since 2016.

ST. PAUL, Minn.- The Hermantown volleyball team made their first state tournament appearance since 2016 on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the Hawks ran into unbeaten Delano in the AAA quarterfinals as the Tigers won in straight sets.

The scores were 25-15, 25-20, and 25-10.

Hermantown now heads into consolation play. They’ll next play Mahtomedi on Friday morning at 9 AM.
