Duluth Man Gets 20 Years for Home Invasion, Double Stabbing
DULUTH, Minn. — A Duluth man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after a 2023 home invasion and double-stabbing.
Tristan Jade St. Clair, 24, broke into a residence in the 1200 block of West Arrowhead Road before he stabbed one victim in the chest and stabbed another victim at least 15 times in the chest, neck and face, according to court documents.
Both victims survived.
The motive was over a stolen cell phone charger, according to the complaint.
St. Clair pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in September.
