Thursday Morning Northland Forecast: 11/14/2024
Cloudy Thursday
We all know how dry it’s been in the Northland this year. We continue to be more than 4″ below where we should be, precipitation wise. But, we did get .11″ of rain late last night. And, every little bit helps. Now, the area of rain has moved off to the east, and we are left with a mostly cloudy, and dry Thursday. The average high and low for today is 38 and 23, and once again, we are going to be a little bit above average, with a high about 46 today. Look for a little bit of sunshine after lunchtime today. Tonight, we will begin to clear out, with a low about 32. And, as we’ve been saying all week, Friday is going to be a great day, with sunshine, and a high about 48.
The weekend looks mainly cloudy, and mostly dry, as the chance of any rain on Sunday is now down to 20% or less. Highs both days will be in the mid 40s. We’ll get more sunshine on Monday, but then, what looks like a potentially messy and strong low pressure system is going to come flying right at us, from the Oklahoma panhandle, bringing with it lots of rain, and maybe even some decent snow amounts. It’s too soon to say exactly what’s going to happen, but from a weather point of view, it sure looks interesting. Stay tuned!
Have a great Thursday!
