UWS Libero Jenna Anderson Claims Two UMAC Player of the Year Honors, Hohbein Named Co-Rookie
Anderson was also named Defensive Player of the Year in 2023.
SUPERIOR, Wis.- The week of UMAC awards continues on the volleyball court.
UW-Superior libero Jenna Anderson takes home the league’s top prize by being named the Player of the Year.
That wasn’t the only award for the senior as she was also named Defensive Player of the Year after posting 788 digs.
As for the rookie of the year, Makenna Hohbein will share the honor with Northwestern’s Miranda Wyatt. Hohbein has 306 kills so far this year.
Maiana Stark and Addy Gangl received honorable mentions.
Lastly, Rilie Kupka is on the sportsmanship team.
