UWS Women’s Soccer Falls in Penalty Kicks in First Round of NCAA Tournament
UWS falls to Carleton 3-2 in penalty kicks.
DUBUQUE, Iowa, – UW-Superior women’s soccer faced Carleton on Saturday, in the first round of the NCAA Division III soccer tournament.
The Yellowjackets went back and forth on defense with the Knights, ending overtime scoreless.
Quinn Clark had a strong defense of performance for UWS as she had seven saves on the night.
This game came down to penalty kicks, where Carleton won 3-2, advancing to the second round of the tournament.
UWS ends the season with a 15-7-1 overall record.
