Van Wieren Tallies 100th Career Point as UMD Women’s Hockey Blanks Vermont

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD women’s hockey team continued their winning ways on Friday, defeating Vermont 4 to 0.
Friday’s contest was the first meeting between the two squads since the 2017 season.
Clara Van Wieren achieved a bit of history as she tallied her 100th career point with a goal in the first period.
EveĀ Gascon stopped all 19 shots she saw in net to earn the shutout.
