Prep Basketball: Three Point Shooting Helps Denfeld Boys & Marshall Girls Clinch Home Wins

Duluth Denfeld hosted Duluth East in home opener.

DULUTH, Minn.- The Duluth Denfeld boys basketball team hosted Duluth East in their home opener on Tuesday.

The Hunters took down their rivals 64-52, to start the season 1-0.

Duluth Denfeld will travel to North Branch to take on the Vikings on Friday, December 6th.

Tip-off is at 7 p.m.

For the Greyhounds, their next game in on Friday, December 6th against Woodbury.

Game time is set for 7 p.m.

Over in girls prep basketball, Duluth Marshall hosted Hibbing in their first conference game of the year.

The Hilltoppers hot hand led them to a 110-22 victory over the Bluejackets.

Marshall’s next game is on Thursday December 5th, against Duluth Denfeld at 7 p.m.

For Hibbing, their next game is on Saturday, December 7th against Tartan.

Tip-off is at 2 p.m.
