Duluth Whiskey Project Construction Underway

DULUTH, Minn.– A future addition of the Lincoln Park Craft District is making significant progress.

Since August, the Duluth Whiskey Project crew has been working on construction, but this has been a dream for the owner for a decade now.

Once construction is finished, the cocktail room will seat 102 people.

They will have also be serving up mixed drinks, and food as well.

For owner and distiller Kevin Evans, this process is still surreal.

“It’s pretty overwhelming to finally get here, and we’re getting close. And it’s getting exciting! It’ll be great to finally share some of our aged spirits. Because I’ve waited seven years for the public to try my bourbon,” said Evans.

The Duluth Whiskey Project is hoping to complete construction in February.

Just in time for the Super Bowl game.
