Nathan Ahlberg Named 2024 WBCA Coach of the Year

Just this past season, Ahlberg led the Green Eagles to a 19-2 record and their first ever WIAA State Tournament.

SOLON SPRINGS, Wis.- Northwood/Solon Springs’ Nathan Ahlberg has been named the 2024 WBCA Coach of the Year.

Just this past season, Ahlberg led the Green Eagles to a 19-2 record and their first ever WIAA State Tournament.

His squad has also won the WIAA regional championship all four seasons of the co-op.

So far, Ahlberg has an overall record of 175-163, which ranks him in the top 100 in the state of Wisconsin for wins among active coaches.

He’ll receive the award on February 15th in Middleton.
