Building, Vehicle Struck By Gunfire During Bar Close In Superior
SUPERIOR, Wis. — Superior police are searching for a shooter after bullets went flying at bar close early Sunday morning.
Police responded to the area of North 7th Street and Tower Avenue at 2:17 a.m. for reports of shots fire.
A large group of people were leaving the bars when police arrived.
Investigators said an occupied vehicle was struck by gunfire before it started on fire.
Police do not believe the vehicle was an intended target.
At least one nearby building was also hit by gunfire.
Nobody was injured.
It was not known Wednesday what lead up to the shooting. No arrests had been made.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 right away.
