Prep Hockey: Denfeld Boys Top Duluth East & Superior Girls Earn Third Consecutive Win

DULUTH, Minn.- In prep boys hockey, the Duluth Denfeld Hunters and the Duluth East Greyhounds squared off on Saturday.

The Hunters took down their rivals 2-1 in overtime to earn their third win of the season.

Denfeld is back in action on Thursday, December 26h against Anoka.

Puck drop is at 7 p.m.

For the Greyhounds, their next game is on Saturday, December 28th against Mounds View.

Puck drop is at 2 p.m.

Across the bridge, the Superior girls hockey team hosted Black River Falls on Saturday.

The Spartans defeated the Tigers 2-1 in overtime to improve to 6-1 on the season.

Superior’s next game is on Thursday, December 26th against Brookfield.

Puck drop is at 5:30 p.m.
