Two New Caribou at Lake Superior Zoo

DULUTH, Minn.– You may know Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Vixen, but now, you can meet Jingle and Snowflake!

The Lake Superior Zoo has welcomed two new caribou to their new habitat.

Jingle, the male, is more social and outgoing. While Snowflake is more reserved but still very sweet.

In preparation for their arrival, the zoo has renovated two of its deer yards.

In the spring they plan to add a large barn for the pair as well as a log cabin viewing experience for visitors.
