#4 UMD Women’s Hockey Knocks Off Syracuse in First-Ever Meeting

The two teams will meet again on Friday with puck drop scheduled for 3 PM.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD women’s hockey team began the new year on a high note, defeating Syracuse 6 to 2.

Thursday’s contest was the first-ever meeting between the two squads.

Olivia Wallin led the Bulldogs with two goals in the victory.
