Preparations Underway for Duluth Wedding Show

DULUTH, Minn. — Preparations are underway for the 37th annual Duluth Wedding Show, taking place Saturday, Jan 11. at the DECC.

For brides and grooms to be, the Duluth Wedding Show is a one stop shop for the big day.

With over 130 vendors, couples can visit with professionals in the industry, such as wedding planners, florists, photographers and plenty more.

The highlight of the day is the fashion show, where over 100 dresses and suits will be modeled on the runway. The fashion show takes place from 2-3 p.m.

Organizers say the show relives some of the stress of planning for your wedding day, as you can meet with trusted vendors in person.

“It’s just so nice that people can actually meet these vendors in person and have a face-to-face conversation with them. You know, often times we can find scammers on the internet or we just get led to dead ends and then we get frustrated,” said Kynze Lundeen, Vice President of Lundeen Productions. “But we have it all down here and we have people we can actually talk to in person that we can trust.”

A Q&A panel will be taking place just before 9 a.m. Saturday morning. With the doors for the full show opening at 10 a.m.
