UMD Hockey: Gascon, Holm, and Knapp Nominated For National Goalie Honors
Eve Gascon, Tindra Holm, and Klayton Knapp received national watch list honors.
DULUTH, Minn.- UMD women’s goalies Eve Gascon and Tindra Holm have been named to the National Goalie of the Year watch list.
Gascon and Holm are two of 33 goalies up for the honor.
Currently, Gascon has a saves percentage of 94 percent and Holm has a saves percentage of 92 percent.
The winner will be announced in March.
For the Men’s team, Klayton Knapp is also receiving national watch list honors as he was named to the Mike Richter award list.
Knapp is one of 35 goalies on the list. In his freshman season, Knapp has a saves percentage of 92.
Finalists for this honor will be announced in April.
