Two Injured, One in Custody After Stabbing in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. — On the evening of Friday, Jan. 24, Duluth Police responded to reports of a stabbing in the 4800 block of W 5th St. around 5:45 p.m.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers located two people with non-life-threating injuries.

Both were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

One individual was detained, taken to a local hospital for medical clearance and lodged at the St. Louis County Jail, the Duluth Police Department reports.

The individual faces multiple pending charges, including 2nd Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Domestic Assault.
