UMD Women’s Goaltender Eve Gascon Named a Semifinalist for WHCA 2025 Goalie of The Year
The winner of the WHCA National Women's Goalie of the Year will be announced in March during the NCAA Frozen Four.
DULUTH, Minn.- UMD women’s goaltender Eve Gascon was named a semifinalist for the WHCA 2025 National Women’s Goalie of the Year award on Friday.
Gascon is one of nine selected for this honor and she currently has a saves percentage of 92.4 percent.
This season, Gascon has recorded five games with 40 plus saves and has two shutouts.
The winner of the WHCA National Women’s Goalie of the Year will be announced in March during the NCAA Frozen Four.
Gascon and the Bulldogs begin their road series against Bemidji State on Friday.
