Grand Rapids & Hermantown Boys Hockey Settle for 1-1 Tie in Regular Season Finale
Both teams enter section tournament play next week.
HERMANTOWN, Minn.- Both the Hermantown and Grand Rapids boys hockey teams closed out their regular seasons against one another.
Each team was trying to bounce back from a loss against Benilde-St. Margaret’s.
However, the two squads had to settle for the 1-1 tie.
Luka Rohloff scored the lone Thunderhawks goal in the first period. And River Freeman had the only score for the Hawks in the 2nd.
Both teams enter section tournament play next week. First round opponents are still to be determined.
