Duluth Pack Continues Core Values Under New Owners
DULUTH, Minn. — Duluth Pack announced on Wednesday that over-century old business has been purchased by Kevin Hall and another business partner effective immediately.
The new business pair plan on carrying on Duluth Pack’s core values and traditions. The new owners say they plan to continue to manufacture their products here in Duluth with a lifetime guarantee.
The new owners also say that some new changes are to be expected like some new faces of the company, new products, and changes to the brand’s look and messaging.
“My partner and I have been long-term business owners in the state of Minnesota, live in Minnesota, and really quite excited to now join the Duluth community,” said Hall in a YouTube announcement. “The core values of the company are going to stay the same, the company had a long history–140 years–with those values. We’re making Duluth pack something for everybody and we’re really, again, are excited about that wonderful future here forward.”
Duluth Pack was founded in 1882 and has been well-known for their handcrafted outdoor bags, backpacks, and apparel. The company’s local on Canal Park Drive also recently underwent a remodel.
