Stewart’s Bikes and Sports Fundraising for Boys’ and Girls’ Club

DULUTH, Minn.– A local bike shop is holding a special fundraiser as a way to help clear out their hockey gear, but for a good cause.

Stewart’s Bike Shop in West Duluth is teaming up with the Boys and Girls Club to offer up to 80% off select hockey gear.

A portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting programs that make a positive impact on local youth.

The owner of Stewart’s says, making the decision to help out the program was a no brainer.

“I think it’s awesome. I think they have lots of ways to raise money and do different things. What they do for the youth and the community in northern Minnesota. Anything we can do to help I think is the biggest contribution. So far, it’s been a great hit, people have enjoyed it,” said Steve Hoppala, the owner of Stewart’s Bikes, Sports, and Trophies.

The promotion is supposed to last until March 16th.

That being said, the timeline is up in the air for how long it takes to sell the gear.
