UMD Women’s Hockey Ranked 6th Heading Into Postseason

UMD will match up with the 11th ranked St. Cloud State Huskies this upcoming Friday in the first round of the WCHA tournament.

DULUTH, Minn.- It’s officially playoff week for the UMD women’s hockey team.

The Bulldogs began their Monday like they have in recent weeks as they are once again ranked 6th in the USCHO poll.

They’ll match up with the 11th ranked St. Cloud State Huskies this upcoming Friday in the first round of the WCHA tournament.

UMD took three out of the four meetings with SCSU this year. The one that didn’t go their way was a 1 to 1 tie.

Puck drop for game one is Friday at 2 PM.
