‘Grace Sushi’ opens in Virginia

VIRGINIA, Minn. — There is finally a place to get your sushi fix in Virginia.

It’s called ‘Grace Sushi.’

On the menu, alongside sushi, they also offer dumpling rice bowls. Some of their specialty rolls are inspired by the Northland, with names like “Lake of the Woods” and “The Big Pine.”

Since this is the first sushi restaurant in the area, one customer made the trip to try the dish on Tuesday.

“We’re about an hour north, so when we come to town he likes to bring me to different restaurants,” said customer Mike Biondich. “I’m old school, so it was different for me. It was really good.” Mike Biondich, Grace Sushi Customer
