UMD Goalie Eve Gascon Named CCM/AHCA First Team All-American

Gascon is the fourth Bulldog goaltender to be named an All-American.

DULUTH, Minn.- UMD sophomore goaltender Eve Gascon was named a first team CCM/AHCA women’s Division I All-American on Saturday.

Gascon is the fourth Bulldog goaltender to be named an All-American.

The native from Mascouche, Quebec averaged 29.8 saves per game this season and is a finalist for the HCA National Women’s Goalie of the Year.

Gascon finished the season with a saves percentage of 94 percent and tallied 896 saves on the season.

Gascon and the Bulldogs finished the season 22-15-and-2.
