Career and Transfer Fair at LSC

DULUTH, Minn. — LSC held its annual career and transfer fair today.

Over 50 employers and a dozen universities were there to meet with students.

Students got to learn more about their future paths and options.

They also got a chance ask the questions that can’t be answered in flyers or aren’t shown on webpages.

“Students come to us, whether they’ve had a part time job in high school and are looking for something more serious or permanent, or they’re re skilling, they’re trying to learn a new a new trade or skill, and this is an opportunity for them to talk face to face with employers, hear what the climate would be like at the at the work, in the workplace, but also what the job requirements might be, what kind of openings they have, a little bit of the nuts and bolts of what it takes to get a job.” said David Kline, Vice President of Advancement and External Relations.

Commencement for those graduating is May 9th.

Congratulations to all the graduates and those transferring on to other schools.
