The Rose Man is up for Sale

DULUTH, Minn. — ‘The Rose Man’ is seeking new ownership.

The iconic florist on Central Entrance has been in operation since 1983.

It’s had three different owners over the years, and they are looking to find the fourth.

The current owner had bought it with her husband, who passed unexpectedly ten years ago.

While she has been running it successfully, she is ready to move on.

“The business practically sells itself, because so many customers have been through here. Now that we have it up for sale, I’ve had interested parties come in and they would love to own this business, and we’re looking for that special person to come in and learn about how to run this business, how to use their artistic creativity and the design and using social media, or whatever they plan to do, take it to the next level.” said Tracy Tellor, Real Estate Broker at Tellor Realty.

It’s worth noting only the business is up for sale.

The building is rented at $800 a month.

Purchase of the business includes the coolers, equipment, and website.

The asking price is $74,900.
