Prep Softball: Duluth East Earns 2nd Straight Win, Proctor Picks Up 1st Victory

The Greyhounds had just five wins total last season.

DULUTH, Minn.- The Duluth East softball team continues to inch closer to tying their win mark from a year ago.

On Thursday, the Greyhounds picked up their 3rd win of the season, holding off Esko 4 to 3.

Duluth East (3-3) is next in action at Coon Rapids on Friday.

As for Esko (4-4), they’ll be at Hermantown on Friday.

In other prep softball action, Proctor picked up their first win of the year, handling Duluth Marshall 18 to 1.

The Rails (1-5) will host Hermantown on Tuesday.

Duluth Marshall (0-4) is at Hibbing on Monday.
