Denfeld Robotics Team’s Season Isn’t Over Yet
DULUTH, Minn. — The Denfeld Robotics team still has some life left because the Denfeld Nation Automation (DNA) team is nominated to participate in the Minnesota State Tournament.
Recently, Denfeld competed in the WORLDS robotics championship down in Houston Texas. There they were joined by 27 different Minnesotan teams, and they excelled in the competition.
Following this, they were able to clinch a spot in the upcoming state tournament held at Concordia University.
The DNA team is excited the season is not over yet.
“It feels really awesome. It feels like one of our best years and we just feel like we’ve shown how strong Minnesota and Duluth is on the world stage. And we’re just excited to get to show off Denfeld on the state one next,” said Ben Martin, the DNA team captain. “We’re just so proud that we continued to grow. We’ve had support from our community and our school. And we’re just happy that we can show them how much it means to us.”
The competition at Concordia State University is open to the public and the team members are encouraging friends and family to cheer them on.
