China Cafe Moves Out, PhoHolic To Move In With 2nd Duluth Location

DULUTH, Minn. — A popular Vietnamese restaurant is expanding to a second location in Duluth, as a longtime Chinese restaurant moves out.

PhoHolic on Central Entrance in Duluth will expand into the former China Cafe building on the 1600 block of London Road.

China Cafe closed on Wednesday, April 30, after more than 20 years in business.  The owners told FOX 21 they are moving to California.

PhoHolic owner Ann Nguyen says the former China Cafe building will get a complete, top-to-bottom remodel.

Nguyen hopes to open the new location by July.
