Bass Pro Shops To Host Grand Opening Of Hermantown Location Wed.
HERMANTOWN, Minn. — Bass Pro Shops is gearing for their big opening ceremony this week.
This location will be Minnesota’s 5th Bass Pro Shops in the state.
To ensure quality help for shoppers, the sale associates got the chance to pick the department they know the most about to help connect with guests.
The new 70,000-square-foot retail space is looking to bring all aspects of outdoor Northland activities to one place.
“So, Johnny Morris’ awe-inspiring vision when it comes to connect to the local community and be apart of that community is really what brings us all to life,” said Joe Thompson, the general manager. “We have our customer service desk that is a wonderful ice fishing scene. Everywhere you go you’ll truly see that connection to the local community.”
Bass Pro Shop will be celebrating their grand opening on Wednesday, May 21, with an “Evening for Conservation.” Doors will open at 5 p.m. with entertainment to follow.
For every dollar spent on the first evening, 20% of the revenue will be donated to local conservation organizations.
