Kemp & Rock Ridge Baseball Blank Duluth Denfeld in Section 7AAA Opener

DULUTH, Minn.- Wednesday marked the beginning of the Section 7AAA baseball tournament.

In the three versus six matchup, 6th seeded Rock Ridge was able to get the best of 3rd seeded Duluth Denfeld, 1-0.

The Wolverines were led by pitcher Will Kemp, who tossed seven shutout innings.

Rock Ridge will next face Hibbing in the quarterfinals on Thursday. First pitch is at 4:30 PM.
