Five-Run 6th Inning Lifts Grand Rapids Baseball Over Rock Ridge in Section 7AAA Semifinal Round

Grand Rapids opponent for the Section 7AAA title game is still to be determined. 

GRAND RAPIDS, Minn.- On Saturday, the Rock Ridge baseball traveled to Grand Rapids to take on the top-seeded Thunderhawks in the Section 7AAA semifinal round.

A five-run sixth inning for the Thunderhawks secured the 8 to 2 victory over the Wolverines.

With the win over Rock Ridge, Grand Rapids advances to their fifth straight Section 7AAA title game.

The Section 7AAA championship game is on Wednesday, June 4th, at 1 p.m.
