Music in the Park Gears Up For New Season in Silver Bay
SILVER BAY, Minn. — Music in the park is back with a fabulous line-up of free concerts.
Kicking off with local legend Charlie Parr on July 18th, these concerts are all ages and open to the public.
Over the past four years of these concerts, they’ve grown exponentially.
There is now even a City Center Park project in the works that includes building an Amphitheatre for these concerts.
“Our goal this year is to try to attract 6000 people. And the bands we bring in are exciting and have their own followings, but those who don’t know the bands know that they’re going to get a quality product when they come to a Silver Bay Music in the Park Concert, because we bring in nothing but the best bands,” said Nelson French, President of Rocky Wall Entertainment.
In addition to the free concerts, a series of benefit house concerts will also be happening.
Proceeds from the benefit tickets will go towards future concerts.
