State Baseball: Fast Start By New Ulm Cathedral Dooms South Ridge in A Semifinals

ST. CLOUD, Minn.- The South Ridge baseball team made their first state semifinal appearance since 2018 on Thursday.
Facing New Ulm Cathedral, the Greyhounds jumped out to a 7-0 lead after three innings of play.
Then in the top of the 6th, Sam Pretasky put a one on the board for the Panthers as he reached first on an error.
Sadly, that’s the only run South Ridge could muster as they fell to New Ulm Cathedral 8 to 1.
