DULUTH, Minn.- A local standout has earned the highest honor in prep baseball in the state of Minnesota.
Duluth Marshall’s pitcher Owen Marsolek was named 2025 Mr. Baseball on Sunday afternoon.
The senior pitcher lead the Hilltoppers to a 22-3 record.
Marsolek and the Hilltoppers punched their ticket to the state tournament for the first time since 2022 after defeating Proctor 6 to 3 in the section 7AA title game.
