rebuild after the 2025 spring wildfires.

They are waiving permit fees through January 4, 2026.

It’s specifically for replacement of structures and addressing failing septic systems within the disaster area.

Initial estimates are that more than 150 structures have been lost or damaged, including 20-30 residential dwellings.
