Huskies Settle for Split in Doubleheader with Border Cats
The Huskies will stay at home on Thursday to face the Bismarck Larks.
DULUTH, Minn.- The Duluth Huskies continued their lengthy homestand on Wednesday by once again playing a doubleheader.
Duluth hosting the Thunder Bay Border Cats.
In game one, the Huskies put up five runs in the first two innings and never looked back as they came away with a 6 to 3 victory.
Ethan Surowiec had two runs batted in for Duluth.
Then in game two, Thunder Bay returns the favor with the 6 to 2 win.
Duluth’s seven-game winning streak came to a close with the loss.
